All artwork, photography, written content, and images displayed on this website — including digital photography, analog film scans, and original paintings — are the exclusive intellectual property of Chris Baumgardt and are protected by copyright law, and are the sole product of human authorship. No generative artificial intelligence (AI) was used in the creation, composition, or execution of these works. Purchase of a print does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without express written permission.

Prohibition of AI Training & Scraping

We strictly prohibit the use of any content on this website (including images, text, and metadata) for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, or testing artificial intelligence models or machine learning systems.

No scraping. Automated "scraping" or "crawling" of this site for the purpose of data mining or AI ingestion is a direct violation of these terms.
No style mimicry. The reproduction of any work for the purpose of creating AI-generated "derivative styles" or "style-mimicry" models is strictly forbidden.

Reproduction & Derivative Works

Strictly prohibited: you may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any image on this site without express written consent from the artist.
No commercial use: purchase of a physical print or original painting conveys ownership of the physical object only. The underlying copyright remains with Chris Baumgardt. Digital Integrity

Removing or altering digital watermarks, metadata, or "Artist's Mark" signatures from preview images is prohibited. These markers are essential for the verification and provenance of the work in a digital landscape.

Products

We offer fine art photography prints. Prints are produced to order through our fulfillment partner and are not returnable except in cases of damage or defect as outlined in our Return Policy.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Prices at the time of purchase are final.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We accept payment through Stripe and PayPal. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Shipping

Print orders are fulfilled through Prodigi and ship worldwide, with the exception of countries subject to trade restrictions imposed by the United States government. Availability at checkout is determined by your shipping destination. Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on your destination, shown at checkout:

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing for international shipments. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon hand off to the carrier.
